Cody – Coming from a background in commercial glazing, Cody has managed large scale commercial glazing projects all over the Vancouver Lower Mainland and Calgary, Alberta. He started his career as a glazing apprentice in the field and then moved to the office as a Project Coordinator/Drafter. He was then provided the opportunity to manage his own projects, thrusting him into a Project Management role. As time progressed, his role evolved into Operations Manager where he managed a team of approx.. 50 employees within the Drafting Department, Window Manufacturing Facility and Shipping/Receiving. Cody and his wife Dallas previously lived in Parksville before venturing off to the mainland but always with the intent of returning. In 2024 he was able to fulfill that dream by returning and taking on a new business venture with his brother-in-law Fred. They are now happily settled into the beautiful town of Qualicum Beach with their 2 children.
Fred – Coming from a background of structural steel design work as a draftsman and project manager, working directly with steel fabricators in the commercial construction industry, Fred was a problem solver who worked closely with clients to make sure fabrication and erection of large steel buildings ran smoothly. After 16 years in the industry, Fred went back to school to get a business degree at Vancouver Island University with the hopes to build a future he could call his own. Having lived on Vancouver Island most of his life, Fred comes from a small town with small town values. He also has two young children with his fiancé Laura and is a volunteer firefighter in Dashwood, Qualicum Beach.
